AI Transparency

This page explains, in plain language, how OnePal handles artificial intelligence: what it uses, and what it doesn't. Compliant with the transparency spirit of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), we tell you exactly how AI is (not) involved.
1. No AI at this time
None of the Pals (PainPal, BrainPal, HealthPal, CashPal and OnePal) use artificial intelligence. All tips, patterns and insights you see are calculated with simple rules on your own device, from your own logs. No AI model is called, and nothing about you is sent to any AI provider.
2. What that means
- Your diary data never leaves the app for AI processing.
- Nothing runs in the background: the app only reacts to what you log.
- Your data is not used to train any AI model.
- If we ever introduce an AI feature, we will update this page before it goes live.
3. Still not medical advice
The tips and patterns the Pals show are suggestions based on what you logged — not proof of cause and effect, and never a diagnosis. Always consult your doctor or physiotherapist about your health, and never delay seeking care because of something you read in the app.
